To say that Chef Deidre is in love with food would be a serious understatement! Born and raised in New England, Deidre has spent her life surrounded by amazing friends, exciting world travels, and great food!
After 20-years of working in various aspects of the restaurant industry and countless travels around the world, Deidre came to realize her true passion and the dedication it takes to be a great chef. She believes that food is the most universal aspect of life and it is what truly connects us to one another throughout the world. She takes great pride in sharing her truest expressions of herself through her cooking.
She loves to bring people of all walks of life together over great food and fun. Deidre specializes in everything from personal shopping, daily and weekly menu development and preparation, small event catering, intimate dinners in the home, as well as unique 4-course tasting parties.
Deidre’s culinary adventures and recipes have been featured on numerous Television and Radio broadcast programs, as well as across a number of newspaper, magazines, and regional local market publications. In 2014, Deidre expanded her services to include consulting, where she assists new and existing restaurants with concept development, branding and promotion, organizational logistics, as well as menu planning and design.
When not in the kitchen, perusing local farmers market or visiting her favorite Artisan cheese shops, Deidre can be found working on a new cookbook, which will be available digitally as well as in hard copy, and will feature over one-hundred original recipes that most any home cook can prepare.
