Chef Deidre’s focus is to create dishes that will have a lasting impression on those who enjoy them. Offering personalized recommendations and support while integrating appropriate food choices with lifestyle options, she seeks to create the perfect balance between client and chef and specializes in accommodating allergies or other dietary restrictions including celiac, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, tree nut-free, dairy-free, and shellfish-free.
One of her greatest joys is creating a wide variety of cuisines, influenced by her experiences and travels abroad, as well as by the vast array of sustainable and local ingredients. Her techniques in the kitchen amplify the native flavor, aroma, and texture of the ingredients she sources.
She continually seeks to cultivate personal relationships with her clients and provide them with customized and top-quality food that enables them to find enjoyment in sitting down to a fulfilling meal.
